Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with varying needs, ensuring their dignity and independence are maintained.
- Assist with personal care, medication administration, and mobility as required, following care plans diligently.
- Support individuals with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, household management, and financial management.
- Facilitate and encourage participation in social, educational, and recreational activities within the community.
- Help individuals develop life skills, achieve personal goals, and manage their health and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support provided and any significant observations.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
