Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment with high proficiency.
- Observe live and recorded video feeds for suspicious activities, security breaches, or policy violations.
- Document and report all incidents, unusual occurrences, or system malfunctions accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively and concisely with on-site security personnel or management regarding alarms or emergencies.
- Maintain detailed, accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and equipment status.
- Adhere strictly to all security protocols, company policies, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in investigations by reviewing footage and providing necessary information to authorized personnel.
- Ensure the proper functioning of all surveillance equipment and promptly report any technical issues to the appropriate department.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital interfaces.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting.
