Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior surveyors in conducting land surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and digital levels.
- Collect, record, and verify field data with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in the preparation of survey reports, maps, and drawings using CAD software.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies on all job sites.
- Perform calculations and computations related to surveying data under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders regarding survey progress and findings.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of surveying principles or related field experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good physical condition for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Valid UK driving license and access to reliable transport
