Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of sustainability data (e.g., energy, water, waste, emissions).
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate sustainability strategies, policies, and programs.
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and internal sustainability standards.
- Engage with internal departments to integrate sustainability practices into daily operations and projects.
- Support the preparation of annual sustainability reports and ESG disclosures.
- Research and evaluate new sustainability technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
- Organize and deliver internal training and awareness programs on sustainability topics.
- Facilitate cross-functional sustainability projects and initiatives.
- Communicate sustainability performance and goals to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our environmental management systems.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sustainability management, environmental science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, including proficiency with data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with experience in report writing.
- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB).
