Key Responsibilities
- Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups of varying ages and skill levels.
- Ensure the safety of all participants in and around the aquatic facility.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to student needs and abilities.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students.
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and skill achievement.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations consistently.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and administer first aid/CPR as needed.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of aquatic equipment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
- Foster a positive, fun, and inclusive learning atmosphere.
