Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement system improvements for visa and immigration data management within HRIS and related platforms.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues pertaining to visa tracking and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and IT departments to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure system functionality aligns with evolving immigration policies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides related to visa support.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on immigration data, compliance metrics, and status updates for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all visa-related systems and processes.
- Support the integration of new tools and technologies that enhance global mobility operations.
- Stay informed on relevant immigration law changes and their potential impact on system functionality and reporting.
- Provide training and support to end-users on visa support systems and processes.
- Act as a liaison with external vendors and immigration counsel regarding system-related inquiries and data exchange.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably in HRIS or immigration technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and database management.
- Familiarity with visa and immigration processes, compliance requirements, and global mobility best practices.
