Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced tactical security plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Lead and participate in specialized security operations, including threat neutralization and asset protection.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security gaps.
- Provide expert guidance and training to junior security personnel on tactical methodologies and best practices.
- Utilize advanced surveillance and counter-surveillance techniques to gather intelligence and monitor potential threats.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure seamless security integration and response.
- Prepare detailed operational reports, incident summaries, and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain proficiency with specialized security equipment, technology, and defensive tactics.
- Respond effectively and decisively to security breaches, emergencies, and high-risk situations.
- Stay abreast of evolving security threats, technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tactical security, law enforcement, or military operations.
- Proven expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and crisis response.
- Exceptional understanding of security protocols, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience in guiding security teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
- Proficiency in using advanced security technologies and surveillance equipment.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
- Ability to maintain high levels of physical fitness and perform duties in challenging environments.
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
Preferred Qualifications
