Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule candidate interviews, including sending calendar invitations, coordinating with hiring managers, and arranging travel as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and university career portals, optimizing for visibility and applicant quality.
  • Assist with the screening of resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates for initial review by recruiters.
  • Prepare and extend offer letters, managing background checks and onboarding documentation for new hires.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and a positive candidate experience.
  • Support talent acquisition projects and initiatives, including employer branding activities, career fairs, and process improvement efforts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
