Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and direct outreach.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs and organizational culture.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure an ideal match for client requirements.
- Present top-tier candidates to clients, effectively articulating their qualifications and potential fit.
- Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and contracts between candidates and clients.
- Provide expert consultation and market insights to both candidates and clients regarding industry trends and best practices.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to successful placement and follow-up.
- Continuously expand professional knowledge and network within target industries.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development with a proven track record.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly resilient in a target-driven environment.
