Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
- Identify organizational development needs and curate effective learning and development programs, workshops, and resources.
- Facilitate succession planning processes to identify and develop future leaders and critical talent.
- Conduct regular talent reviews, skill gap analyses, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Lead and support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning.
- Utilize HR analytics and data insights to inform talent decisions and measure program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with business leaders and managers to provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Coach and mentor managers on best practices in performance management, feedback, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors for talent development and assessment tools.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, or Organizational Development.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing performance management systems.
- Strong background in developing and delivering learning and development programs.
- Proficiency with HRIS and talent management software (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strategic thinking capabilities and strong project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving organizational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of current HR trends, best practices, and employment legislation.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CPHR, SHRM-SCP).
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience in change management and organizational design.
