Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and company regulations.
- Efficiently coordinate and manage ride requests using our dispatch systems and navigation tools.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle, conducting daily pre-shift checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage and ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Process payments accurately, whether cash, card, or through app-based systems.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Laurencekirk and surrounding Aberdeenshire routes and landmarks.
- Communicate professionally with passengers, dispatch, and fellow team members.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or incidents promptly to management.
- Adhere to strict timelines and schedules to ensure punctuality for all bookings.
Required Skills
- Valid UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
