Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation.
- Provide individualized or small group instruction and support to students as directed.
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and organized learning environment for all students.
- Monitor student behavior and facilitate positive interactions among peers.
- Prepare classroom materials, supplies, and learning aids under the teacher's guidance.
- Support students with special needs, adhering to individualized education plans (IEPs) when applicable.
- Observe and report student progress, challenges, and concerns to the lead teacher.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and parent communication, under direct teacher supervision.
- Actively participate in professional development and training sessions provided by the school.
