Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Team Lead in daily operational tasks, project coordination, and workflow management.
  • Support team members with task allocation, resource tracking, and problem-solving.
  • Participate in team meetings, accurately documenting discussions, decisions, and action items.
  • Help monitor team performance metrics, prepare progress reports, and contribute to performance reviews.
  • Facilitate seamless internal communication, ensuring all team members are informed and aligned.
  • Learn and effectively implement company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist with administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Shadow senior team members to gain comprehensive insights into leadership strategies and client management.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills
