Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Proactively identify and address client technical needs, ensuring successful adoption, integration, and ongoing utilization of Hiring.zycto's products.
  • Conduct regular technical reviews, provide strategic recommendations, and guide clients through product updates, new features, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to advocate for client needs and drive resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, technical environments, and industry trends to align Hiring.zycto's solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Assist clients with technical onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting, providing expert guidance and hands-on support when necessary.
  • Create and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to various client audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
  • Monitor client health metrics, identify potential risks, and implement proactive strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and best practice guides to empower client self-service.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding client needs and showcasing the value of additional Hiring.zycto offerings.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar client-facing technical role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving customer success.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and enterprise software architecture.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze root causes, and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with specific industry verticals relevant to Hiring.zycto's target market.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and ticketing systems.
  • Experience working with multinational enterprise clients.
