Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and chat for various hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
  • Accurately document all support interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-tier support teams or specialists with comprehensive notes.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional, courteous, and timely support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with product knowledge and support best practices.
  • Assist with onboarding new users, providing technical setup and initial guidance.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues for improvement.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1.5 years experience in a technical support or customer service role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for both hardware and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop software and helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow).
  • Basic understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and SaaS products.
  • CompTIA A+ or other relevant technical certifications.
