Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for incoming inquiries.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical problems to senior technical staff when necessary.
- Accurately document all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist users with account management tasks, password resets, and software installation procedures.
- Educate users on product functionalities, best practices, and preventative measures to minimize future issues.
- Participate actively in ongoing training sessions and professional development activities to continuously enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
Required Skills
- Strong foundational knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Basic understanding of network concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with an aptitude for logical troubleshooting.
