Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnosis of common technical issues.
  • Provide clear, concise, and friendly guidance to users to resolve their problems.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and escalations accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior technical staff as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal knowledge base and user guides.
