Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately document all interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior technical staff or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Assist users with account management, password resets, and basic system navigation.
  • Proactively learn about new products, services, and support tools to enhance problem-solving capabilities.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.
