Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technical writers in drafting, editing, and proofreading technical documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and online help.
- Contribute to the organization and maintenance of documentation libraries and knowledge bases.
- Research and gather information from subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and completeness of content.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to established style guides, terminology, and branding standards.
- Help with formatting and publishing content across various platforms and delivery methods.
