Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, interest, and potential fit for our offerings.
  • Successfully schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call volume and appointment setting targets.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally, pivoting conversations effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to management.
  • Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service.
