Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases.
- Introduce Hiring.zycto's services and solutions to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and lead generation targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional and positive attitude.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a call centre environment (minimum 12 months).
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a confident telephone manner.
