Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided scripts and information.
  • Clearly and persuasively communicate product/service features and benefits.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor discussions to address specific interests.
  • Answer questions and address concerns professionally and accurately.
  • Overcome objections with confidence and resilience.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
  • Accurately record call information and update CRM systems.

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.
