Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and informative walking tours for diverse groups of visitors.
- Research, develop, and update tour content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and entertainment value.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Manage group dynamics, respond to questions, and provide local recommendations with enthusiasm.
- Adhere to scheduled tour timings and logistical plans, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Assist with marketing efforts by providing content or participating in promotional activities.
- Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of Chilwell's and Nottingham's history, culture, and points of interest.
