Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and informative walking tours through Cardiff's city centre, historical sites, and specific heritage areas including Grangetown.
- Deliver accurate and compelling narratives about Cardiff's history, architecture, culture, and local significance.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants, managing group dynamics effectively.
- Handle questions and interactions with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the group's interests, age, and physical abilities.
- Stay updated on local events, historical research, and city developments to enhance tour content.
- Assist with promoting local businesses and attractions during tours where appropriate.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
