Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of various types of traffic signs (e.g., regulatory, warning, guide signs) under supervision.
- Learn to safely and effectively use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to sign installation.
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and experienced team members to ensure accurate placement and alignment of signs.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment from work vehicles.
- Perform site preparation and cleanup duties, ensuring a safe and tidy work area.
- Support the team in the removal and replacement of damaged or outdated signs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, reporting any issues or concerns promptly.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
