Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation of various types of traffic signs (e.g., regulatory, warning, guide signs) under supervision.
  • Learn to safely and effectively use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to sign installation.
  • Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and experienced team members to ensure accurate placement and alignment of signs.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment from work vehicles.
  • Perform site preparation and cleanup duties, ensuring a safe and tidy work area.
  • Support the team in the removal and replacement of damaged or outdated signs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, reporting any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
