You will be instrumental in managing logistics, preparing materials, scheduling sessions, and acting as a primary point of contact for participants and trainers. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and meetings, managing calendars and invitations.
- Prepare, distribute, and organize training materials, presentations, and participant handouts.
- Act as a primary point of contact for training participants, responding to inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Manage logistical arrangements for training events, including venue setup, equipment, and catering.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and feedback.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees by coordinating their initial training schedules.
- Support trainers and facilitators with administrative tasks, ensuring they have the resources needed for successful delivery.
