Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify a high volume of transactions with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform precise data entry, consistently maintaining and updating databases and records promptly.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in transactional data and proactively investigate related issues to ensure resolution.
  • Prepare and generate routine operational reports as required by internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams to resolve processing queries and facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist with the accurate filing, archiving, and retrieval of both physical and electronic documents.
  • Actively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to efficiency initiatives within the team.
  • Maintain the utmost confidentiality of all sensitive information handled during daily tasks.

Required Skills
