Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately plant tree seedlings according to company and client specifications (e.g., spacing, depth, and quality).
- Navigate diverse and often challenging terrains including clear-cuts, swamps, and steep slopes.
- Work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions, including rain, heat, and insects.
- Maintain and care for planting tools and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Meet daily planting targets and quality standards.

- Handle tree seedlings carefully to ensure their viability and survival rate.
