Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, tailor-made lesson plans that align with individual student learning objectives and curriculum requirements.
- Conduct both in-person private tutoring sessions in Bishopston, Bristol, and effective online tutoring sessions via our virtual platforms.
- Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and interactive learning environment that builds student confidence and motivation.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and Hiring.zycto administration regarding progress, challenges, and scheduling.
- Stay updated on curriculum changes and educational best practices relevant to your subject areas.
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, student performance, and feedback.
Required Skills
- Expertise in at least one core academic subject (e.g., Mathematics, English, Science, Humanities).
- Proven ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with young people and their parents.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Adaptability and patience to work with diverse learning styles and needs.
- Proficiency in using online communication and teaching tools for virtual sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
