Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and conducting various UX research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and competitive analysis.
- Support the preparation of research materials such as discussion guides, prototypes, and consent forms.
- Help recruit participants for user research studies, ensuring diverse and representative samples.
- Collect and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, contributing to comprehensive research findings.
- Assist in analyzing user data to identify pain points, user needs, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the creation of detailed research reports, presentations, and user personas.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to translate research insights into design recommendations.
- Maintain an organised research repository, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in UX research.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Design, or a related field.
- Foundational understanding of user-centred design principles and UX research methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
