From initial concept and user research through to final polished designs and implementation support, you will own the end-to-end design process, ensuring consistency, usability, and a visually compelling brand presence.

Your ability to articulate design decisions, present concepts to diverse audiences, and advocate for user needs will be critical. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviours, and motivations.
- Translate user research findings and business requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Design and iterate on user interfaces, ensuring consistency across platforms and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and user-centred design solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, continuously seeking ways to improve our design processes and product quality.
- Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to elevate the overall design output.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects for both web and mobile applications
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to create detailed wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, colour, and layout
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
- Experience with motion graphics and animation for UI elements
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical constraints
- Experience designing for accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Knowledge of analytics tools to inform design decisions
