Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full UX/UI design lifecycle for various product features, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on existing products.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across our platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define requirements, user stories, and technical feasibility.
- Create engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, articulating design choices and their impact on user experience.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
