Key Responsibilities
- Perform general farm duties including planting, weeding, cultivating, and harvesting various vegetable crops.
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Assist with irrigation, fertilization, and pest control measures under supervision.
- Monitor crop health and identify potential issues, reporting to farm management.
- Clean and prepare produce for packaging and shipment.
