Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for weddings, corporate events, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct pre-production meetings with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and deliverables.
- Operate professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment effectively in various environments.
- Manage and organize footage, ensuring efficient post-production workflows.
- Perform advanced video editing, colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics using industry-standard software.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and care for all company video equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the wider creative team and independently as required.
- Adhere to project deadlines and manage time effectively across multiple assignments.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Videographer, particularly in wedding and promotional video production.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Excellent storytelling abilities and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Proficiency with various camera systems (e.g., Sony, Canon, Panasonic) and associated gear.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing diverse videography and editing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with drone operation and holding a valid CAA drone license (PfCO/A2 CofC).
