Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly creative and experienced Videographer – Weddings & Promotions to join our vibrant team in Rosemount, Aberdeen. This pivotal role involves capturing the magic of weddings and producing impactful promotional content for a diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for weddings, promotional campaigns, corporate events, and other client projects.
- Operate and maintain professional video cameras, lighting equipment, audio recorders, and related accessories.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and specific requirements for each project.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists to guide the production process.
- Conduct interviews, capture B-roll footage, and direct subjects effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Perform post-production tasks including video editing, colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Ensure all final video deliverables meet professional standards, client expectations, and brand guidelines.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and asset organisation efficiently.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and creative techniques in videography and editing.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, professional demeanour during all client interactions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in professional video cameras and equipment (DSLRs, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras).
- Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques for various environments (natural, artificial, studio).
- Solid grasp of audio recording and mixing principles.
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional wedding videography and promotional content.
- Excellent storytelling and narrative development abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and organisational skills to meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects (Adobe After Effects).
