Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and confirm appointments, sending timely reminders to all participants.
  • Handle incoming scheduling requests via email, phone, and various communication platforms.
  • Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed, communicating changes promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, offering effective solutions.
  • Set up virtual meetings using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and necessary documents in advance.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduling activities.
  • Provide administrative support as required, including data entry and light correspondence.
  • Adhere strictly to client-specific preferences and confidentiality agreements.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or scheduling role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
