Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Design and execute captivating window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations to maximize customer engagement and sales.
- Interpret marketing briefs and product narratives into visually appealing and commercially effective displays.
- Regularly refresh and update visual displays, ensuring they are immaculate, impactful, and up-to-date with current trends.
- Source props, fixtures, and materials, managing inventory and budgets effectively.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and store management teams to ensure cohesive brand presentation.
- Provide training and guidance to store staff on visual merchandising standards and display execution.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and innovative display techniques.
- Ensure all visual elements adhere to safety standards and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze visual merchandising effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a related creative field.
