Based in our vibrant Bristol office, this pivotal role involves the full lifecycle of volunteer management: from strategic recruitment and thorough onboarding to comprehensive training, ongoing management, and impactful retention of a diverse pool of volunteers. These committed individuals are crucial to the success and scalability of our initiatives. This is an unparalleled opportunity to make a tangible, lasting difference, by skillfully connecting passionate individuals with meaningful causes and significantly amplifying our collective impact.
As our Volunteer Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all volunteer-related activities, dedicated to building strong, enduring relationships with both new recruits and our long-standing volunteers. Your proactive approach will be key to ensuring a steady stream of committed individuals, while your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be instrumental in fostering a supportive, inclusive, and highly motivated volunteer environment.
