Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven growth marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
- Drive all aspects of customer acquisition, retention, and expansion across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, content, social, email, product marketing, events).
- Oversee the complete brand strategy, market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Utilize advanced analytics and market research to identify new growth opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and inform product development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and integrated strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills
- 13+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or VP-level role within a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of successfully building, scaling, and optimizing marketing funnels to drive significant revenue growth.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and demand generation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a diverse team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
