Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and temperature standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant and lounge.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, baristas, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the company’s service standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a restaurant or lounge service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and engaging personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of food and beverage service procedures.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with a POS (Point of Sale) system.
