Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Efficiently deliver food and beverages to tables, ensuring presentation and temperature standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables, resetting places, and assisting with general restaurant upkeep.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to any requests or concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required, preparing the restaurant for service or securing it for the night.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills and menu knowledge.
