Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments, using appropriate equipment.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product code.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse functions.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Basic comprehension of English for safety instructions and communication.
