Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments, using appropriate equipment.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product code.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with inventory control by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse functions.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Basic comprehension of English for safety instructions and communication.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role (not required, but a plus).
