Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming warehouse and office floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste segregation, disposal, and recycling protocols are followed.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces thoroughly.
- Dust surfaces, wipe down equipment, and maintain an organized and tidy work environment.
- Operate basic cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums, after training).
- Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries, and promptly notify management of low stock levels.
- Adhere strictly to all company health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.
- Identify and report any maintenance needs, safety hazards, or damaged equipment immediately.
- Assist with occasional deep cleaning projects or special assignments as required by management.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in all cleaning tasks.
