Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided forklift operation and safety training.
- Learn to safely operate various types of forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck, order picker) under supervision.
- Assist with loading, unloading, stacking, and moving materials within the warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Support inventory management activities, including counting, locating, and organizing stock.
- Perform pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support operations.
Required Skills
- Willingness to learn and commit to a comprehensive training program.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
