Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Learn and enforce company safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and discrepancy resolution.
- Support warehouse team members and supervisors in achieving operational targets and maintaining high productivity standards.
- Gain proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas for enhancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Undergo structured training modules focusing on leadership development, supply chain principles, and operational best practices.
- Assist with equipment maintenance checks and ensure proper use of material handling equipment.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
