Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior inventory staff with daily inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
- Learn and utilize our inventory management software to track incoming and outgoing stock.
- Support the organization and optimization of warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
- Help with receiving, inspecting, and storing new shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Participate in preparing orders for dispatch, including picking, packing, and labeling under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the warehouse, adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to the Inventory Manager promptly.
- Actively engage in training sessions and seek opportunities to expand knowledge of warehouse and inventory best practices.
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack) after proper training and certification (if applicable).
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues as needed and demonstrating a collaborative attitude.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and calculations

- Good verbal communication skills
