Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing freight, by hand or using basic material handling equipment.
- Sort and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Verify product counts against shipping documents and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety guidelines.
- Assist with basic inventory management tasks, including labeling and stacking products.
- Operate pallet jacks and other non-powered warehouse equipment as needed and after proper training.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
