Job Description
Hiring.zycto is on the lookout for a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Operative to join our bustling East Vancouver team for an immediate start. Your day will involve a range of activities, from meticulously inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, to skillfully organizing inventory within our state-of-the-art facility. You will be operating essential warehouse equipment, such as manual pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification a strong asset, training provided if needed), to move and stack goods safely and efficiently. Accuracy is paramount in this role, as you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders according to strict specifications, ensuring that our customers receive exactly what they need, when they need it. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to adhering to all safety protocols, and the physical stamina to perform duties that may involve regular lifting of up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, and extended periods of standing or walking.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists for accuracy and damage.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, preparing them for shipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
