Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and check incoming goods against delivery notes accurately.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations efficiently and safely.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare goods for dispatch, including labelling, wrapping, and loading.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks) safely after training and certification.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times.
- Strictly adhere to all company health and safety procedures and policies.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required by management to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25kg) safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for inventory management.
