Job Description

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse, ensuring all processes are carried out safely, accurately, and efficiently. This includes receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching products, using hand-held scanners and other equipment as required. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and are keen to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided, so while previous warehouse experience is a plus, a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders according to specifications.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Receiving and checking incoming goods for quality and quantity, reporting discrepancies.
- Storing products in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
- Operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks) in a safe manner (training provided).
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
